HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, we are not able to modify or edit the
order. We can cancel your order if it has not shipped, and you can
reorder with the changes you would like to make. If it has shipped,
you can return your order if it meets the return / cancellation
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET / NEVER ARRIVED
Once you have received tracking details indicating your order has
shipped, it is always most efficient to contact the carrier
directly with delivery questions. If you have not received tracking
details, then it is likely your item has not shipped, and we will
provide tracking information as soon as it is available. If you
still have questions regarding tracking or delivery, please do not
hesitate to contact Byrna customer service.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT
Often times items from an order will ship separately if one or more
of the items is out of stock. Please check the packing list in your
shipment and your order status page. We will provide tracking
details for each item as they become available. Contact Byrna
customer service with any questions regarding missing items or
other order concerns.
